Getting started

Understanding your dashboard

Review work waiting for you, check your schedule, and understand your roster and revenue overview.

Use your dashboard to find work waiting for you and decide where to follow up.

Start with the overview

The dashboard brings together your task queue, weekly schedule, roster health and revenue. The sections available depend on your access.

Setup prompts may also appear. Use them to see which setup tasks remain.

Work waiting for you

Waiting on you previews overdue check-ins, check-ins awaiting review, unread conversations and overdue invoices. Use the available All, Check-ins, Review, Messages and Payments filters to focus the list.

The preview shows up to five rows. Counts can be larger than the visible list, so use the relevant inbox or revenue screen for the wider view.

For an overdue check-in, select the client's name to view their snapshot, or Review to open the missed check-ins view. For a check-in awaiting review, Open takes you to that submission. Reply opens messaging; it does not send a reply. Open revenue takes you to the revenue screen.

If the queue says that part of it could not be loaded, the list may be incomplete. Treat that message differently from No one is waiting.

Your week

This week lets you select a day and preview its sessions and events. The selected day shows up to four entries. Open schedule opens the calendar for a wider view.

Nothing booked describes the selected day. If This week could not be loaded appears, the calendar information is unavailable rather than confirmed empty.

Your roster

Roster health shows the active-client count and three summaries:

  • Adherence, accompanied by a roster-average description.
  • Onboarding, described as clients with no check-in yet.
  • Needs attention, described as overdue check-ins or no recent activity.

A dash for Adherence indicates that an adherence value is unavailable. It is different from a measured zero. Review individual clients before deciding what follow-up they need.

Your revenue

Revenue this month presents billed revenue, a chart, recurring revenue and overdue-invoice information. A monthly goal appears when configured. Select Open revenue for more detail.

When payments span multiple currencies, the panel explains that it cannot show a single total. Check the currency and the detailed revenue screen before comparing figures.

If your dashboard looks different

Access affects the sections you can see. Revenue is restricted to the account owner in the current dashboard.

Loading placeholders and unavailable messages do not mean there is no work, no activity or zero revenue. If the workload message asks you to reload, reload to try again. Use the relevant screen to investigate items shown in the overview.

A simple daily routine

Start with Waiting on you, then review your selected day in This week. Open the relevant screen to review check-ins or reply to clients.
