Check-ins and progress

Client Insights

Review a client's Overview, then use Metrics to understand their recorded measurements and changes over time.

Open the client profile

Open People → Clients, select the client you want to review, and start on Overview. Check the client's name and status before interpreting information or taking action.

The profile depends on their recorded activity, forms and schedule. Missing information does not mean a value is zero or that an activity did not happen.

Read the Overview snapshot

Start with Aura score and the attention signals beside it. Read the explanation, dates and available ratings before interpreting the score. Use an attention signal to investigate its supporting records; it is a prompt for your review, not a diagnosis.

The summary cards show Weight, Check-in adherence, Next event and Goal. Read each card's caption and available action. For example, an empty goal can offer Create a goal, while an existing one offers Manage goals.

An unavailable calendar is different from having nothing scheduled. Use the calendar action when available to check the client's events.

Review recorded activity

The Activity grid shows logged days. Select Weekly, Monthly or Yearly to change the period. The initial view is Yearly.

Use the grid to identify days worth following up, then review the original check-in, workout, nutrition or habit records for detail. No logged days yet describes the available records; it does not establish that the client has been inactive outside Kahunas.

Choose a Metrics time range

Select Metrics in the client profile navigation. Choose 7D, 30D, 90D or All. The initial range is 30D.

Read the period below the title, and use the same range when comparing metrics. A value labeled Last reading … — outside this range is an older reading, not a new measurement inside your selected period.

Check what each metric measures

Metrics brings together numeric answers from check-ins, daily habits and initial Q&A. Read the metric name, unit or rating scale, and source form before comparing values.

Where shown, lower is better describes how that metric's change is interpreted. A rise is not automatically an improvement for every measure. Check the original answers and the client's circumstances before drawing a conclusion.

When information is missing

No metrics yet means there are no metrics to display. Check that the client's forms collect the intended numeric answers and that they have submitted responses. Naming a text question after a measurement does not turn its answers into numeric readings.

Couldn't load metrics means the request failed. Use Try again when offered. Treat a loading or error state differently from an empty history.

Single reading means there is only one reading in the selected range. It is not enough to establish a trend. Broaden the range if useful, but a wider range cannot replace missing source data.

Switch between charts and a list

Use Charts for individual metric cards. Cards with readings in the selected range include Start, Average and End values alongside the chart. Check units and dates before comparing them.

Use List to compare metrics in a table. The columns include Metric, Start, End, Average, Change and Trend. A dash means a value is unavailable; it is not a measured zero.

Finish with one clear follow-up

Review Overview first, then use Metrics and the original submissions to understand the evidence. Note what you know, what is missing and what you want to ask the client.

Continue with Reviewing Check-ins or Messaging your clients when you are ready to follow up.
